"Music is the gateway to every emotion buried on this earth and inside"
Music is in all of us. Melody, rhythm, harmony and story-telling combine in a universal language that we understand on a deep emotional level.
Rock and Roll Team Building brings out the music in each of us so we can connect on a deeper level. Think of it as a musical awakening. Our workshops create a relaxed environment where team members can be creative, express themselves and engage with each other. They’ll learn a new way to work together and discover talents along the way.
Led by INXS singer Ciaran Gribbin, the interactive sessions are the most fun anyone can have at a corporate event.
We don't take a cookie cutter approach, either. Rock and Roll Team Building workshops are flexible. We’ll collaborate with you to design a musical experience that meets your desires and creates something truly special.
Rock and Roll Team Building workshop highlights include . . . .
An incredibly emotive experience as Ciaran Gribbin teaches the audience to sing in four part harmony. This unifying moment which will surprise and delight the audience as they hear themselves sing in harmony with no musical backing.
A once in a lifetime opportunity to work with a Grammy nominated songwriter. Ciaran Gribbin will teach the audience about the wonderful and organic way a song is crafted from start to finish. Using only words suggested by the audience Ciaran Gribbin will construct a unique and original song with the theme of the event, or a specific business objective, as the title.
Everyone always dreams of being a rockstar! Rock and Roll Team Building workshop audience 'volunteers' are transformed to appear as well known artists such as; Amy Winehouse, Lynard Skynard, Angus Young and Axel Rose. Singing live with Ciaran Gribbin and the band these volunteers always present some of the most entertaining and hilarious segments of our workshops.
"If I were not a physicist, I would probably be a musician.
I often think in music. I live my daydreams in music. I see my life in terms of music."
